Welcome to the digital showroom of A P Jewellers. By accessing this website or coordinating order rate estimates with our showroom team, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Metal Rate Volatility & Estimations
All price estimates, weight calculations, and ornament rates provided via our website, email enquiries, or direct WhatsApp communications are subject to change. Gold and silver market rates fluctuate daily in accordance with bullion spot prices.
Any quote provided by our relationship executives represents an estimate based on the active bullion rate at that specific time and is only locked upon receipt of a physical order booking deposit at our Prantij showroom.
2. Custom Jewellery Bookings
Custom order specifications, layout parameters, and gold purity options must be finalized in writing. We make every effort to achieve exact design representations; however, handmade and customized gold ornaments may carry micro-deviations in final weight, making charges, and stone settings.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of showroom bookings, billing transparency claims, or transactions conducted with A P Jewellers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sabarkantha district, Gujarat, India.
