- Original Invoice & HUID Certificate: Original tax invoice and BIS 6-digit HUID certificate are requested for 100% instant verification.
- Government Photo Identification: As per RBI and Government AML guidelines, valid government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN Card) is required for cash buyback payouts or high-value transactions.
- Third-Party Jewellery (Other Jewellers): Jewellery purchased from other stores is accepted for exchange/buyback after digital XRF caratometer assay testing in your presence. Net pure metal content is credited at prevailing daily market rates.
